Ample applications are included in this report which hopefully demonstrate the utility of this modeling approach in many drainage engineering problems. Problems considered in this report include: (1) one-dimensional unsteady flow problem, (2) rainfall-runoff model, (3) dam-break flow analysis, (4) esturary model, and (5) channel floodplain interface model. Finally, the diffusion hydrodynamic model is modified to accommodate the kinematic routing technique, and applications are made to one-dimensional problems.
